What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours, so the window is tight. If you need to make changes, email us at hello@offsupply.in or DM us on Instagram immediately after ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is something we're working on — follow us on Instagram for updates.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free shipping on every order, across India. No minimum order value. No catches.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Non-metro cities: 5-8 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7-10 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

How do your sizes run?

Our t-shirts and bowling shirts are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down one. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

I'm between two sizes. What should I pick?

If you want the intended oversized look, go with the larger size. If you want a slightly more structured fit, go with the smaller size. When in doubt, DM us on Instagram with your height and weight — we'll tell you exactly which size to grab.

What fabric are the t-shirts made from?

Our t-shirts are made from 220 GSM 100% combed cotton. It's heavyweight enough to hold structure and drape well, but not so heavy that it's uncomfortable in Indian weather. The prints use high-density screen printing that won't crack or fade.

What about the bowling shirts?

Our bowling shirts use a premium rayon blend — lightweight, breathable, and designed for the Indian climate. The all-over prints are sublimation-printed for vibrant, long-lasting color that won't peel or crack.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Most of our designs are limited drops — once they sell out, they don't come back. That's intentional. We drop new designs every week, so there's always something fresh. Follow us on Instagram to catch drops before they sell out.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day size exchange policy. If the fit isn't right, you can exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Email us at hello@offsupply.in to initiate an exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We've got you covered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Please record an unboxing video as proof — it helps us resolve issues faster.
