Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at offsupply5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size? We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. Follow the same process above and mention your preferred size.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we process the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.
