1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, subject to availability and verification.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

  • Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details will be shared.

All orders undergo a security check. OFFSUPPLY reserves the right to cancel any order flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.


2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier partner.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur during high-demand periods, limited drops, sales, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We may offer international shipping on select orders.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination country.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • OFFSUPPLY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Due to limited inventory and high demand, products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier and proof of delivery is available, OFFSUPPLY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

All responsibility after dispatch lies with the courier partner.


6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. OFFSUPPLY is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch if an order is returned due to incorrect information.


7. FINAL SALE PERIODS

During promotional events, sales, or limited releases:

  • All orders are treated as final.

  • Shipping timelines may be extended due to increased order volume.

  • OFFSUPPLY reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions without notice.
